How to Upload Your Contacts for Email Marketing: Real Estate Marketing with Roomvu

This article is part of a series of step by step guides to using your web profile. Here, we explain how you can upload your contacts for email marketing and get prepared for emailing videos.

Email Marketing Settings

In this tutorial, we will explain how to set up the email marketing function and upload your contact list.

Log in to your Roomvu account.

To begin setting up your email marketing tool, in the sidebar navigation on the left click on Email Marketing.

Now you need to choose if you would like to set up automated monthly emails or send just one email. For now, we go with the first option. Click on Next Step: Choose Video. Depending on your area you will see a different set of videos. Choose the video you like and click on set up campaign.

Now you should choose your recipient. You can choose between leads you have gotten from landing pages or your uploaded contact list. Scince you have not already uploaded a contact list click on add new contacts.

Now upload your contact list in CSV form. Make sure you follow the guidelines for your contacts file as shown in the image.

You can upload your CSV contact list by clicking choose your email contacts.csv. Your file must contain no more than 1000 contacts and they should be ordered as first name … last name …. and Email. if you are not sure, download a sample CSV file and fill it with your contacts.

Select your CSV file from your drive, click Upload Contacts

You may delete specific contacts from the list by checking on the Review list and then the box next to their name and then clicking the Delete Selected button.

After, click on this button Next: Edit template.

In this step you can edit your email template and make chnages to the defualt text. You can change the subject, mail body. If you wish, you can also send a test email to your own email address.
