Navid’s Story

My client’s property was on the market before with a wrong price and strategy, their previous agent didn’t communicate with everyone and didn’t use proper marketing for their property.

Once I took over, I readjusted the price and used a better strategy to bring in multiple offers and finally SOLD his home at a much higher price point than the client’s units in the same building!

I used effective communication with my client throughout the process which led to their ultimate satisfaction with the results.
