  3. Champaign, IL: Median list price: $227,500 – Average increase over aasking: 13%
  4. Clearfield, UT: Median list price: $389,550 – Average increase over aasking: 10%
  5. Olathe, KS: Median list price: $471,850 – Average increase over aasking: 10%
