1116 properties sold in Victoria’s housing market in April 2021:
- 288.9% increase from 287 homes sold in April 2020.
- 4.9% decrease from March 2021.
Listings
On Victoria Real Estate Board Multiple Listing Service® in April 2021 there 1,454 active listings for sale:
- 36.9 % decrease compared to April 2020.
- 11% increase compared to March 2021.
The MLS® Home Price Index
The MLS® Home Price Index composite benchmark price for all residential properties in Victoria is currently $996,500:
- A 12.6% increase over April 2020
- A 2.9% increase compared to March 2021.
