There was a variety of options for different tastes and dietary restrictions, so we both easily found choices that sounded good. The casual but comfortable atmosphere was just right and we loved the mountain views. The Mighty Med Salad was a refreshingly different steak salad than I've had before. We'll definitely be back!

I almost fainted when they gave me the total for a wrap, bowl and carrot juice. $32! I think it's the most expensive breakfast I've ever had. It was good... At that price I ate every bite and drank every drop off that carrot juice lol

I absolutely love Vitality Bowls! I ordered from them all the time from the Castle Rock location before they closed it! I am so sad about that, but i go every-time i go to Colorado Springs. It’s so worth it! I tried other places near me in Castle Rock and it’s just not the same. But i highly recommend this place if you looking for feel good smoothies and bowls!

Could be more sustainable if they used real silverware and bowls for dining in. Also, put to go orders in compostible containers and ask if plastic utensils are needed.
