My approach has always been focused on Service Driven and not Product Driven - Relational Driven and not Transactional Driven. My primary focus is building relationships that I can nurture, by providing the very best customer service to meet my clients’ needs. I find when you meet a person’s needs while doing it with genuineness, the result is the beginning of a beautiful relationship that built on integrity, trust and mutual respect. The rest comes naturally, after the fundamentals have been met. I enjoy being a part of so many families’ mile stones. It’s always very humbling to be a part of the journey, assisting in life’s goals, bridging the barriers of concerns. Some sales are motivated by happy events and some are motivated by life events. Real Estate is not just about real estate property or the home. It’s about the lives of individuals who own their home. Each sale has a story that connects that person’s personal life to their personal story. Their motivation of why, behind the transaction is a part of the sale that I want to tap into. This is what I mean by, Service Driven not Product Driven. When that is accomplished, that’s when a relationship is formed. Which brings me to my next goal, which is Relationship Driven and not just a Transaction Driven. I want to earn your family’s trust. I want to be your Go to Gal. My hope is for us to become friends as we navigate through life and life’s goals together. Here is a little bit about my career background - I became a licensed realtor in 2009. I have been one of Re/Max Horizon’s top producers, achieving the 100 Club Award yearly, and scoring Top Agent Sales for my office 2 years in a row. In 2016, I was the featured story in a real estate magazine called Executive Agent Magazine. I truly love what I do, and I do it with great enthusiasm! My personal background - I was born in the Philippines and moved to Riverside at age 5. I grew up watching the city of Riverside expand and grow. Riverside County has changed quite a bit since 1976 and this county is very rich in history. I am grateful to of been a part of its growth and expansion. I’ve added my insurance service as part of a way to bring more value to my clients. I want to provide more options and financial vehicles to others, while providing peace of mind with the security and a quality of life style that matters most to you with a goal of helping you establish your family legacy.
