About Will Dozier

Will is a long-time resident of Columbia County who has a long family history connected to the birth of the county. Will has a demonstrated history of work in Real estate Development and Sales, Private/Public Commercial Construction Management, and Residential Construction for over twenty years and held many different professional licenses. For over twenty years of dedicated and earned service in the industry, Will provided construction management services across the Southeastern United States in a majority of sectors including – Federal, State, and local Governments as well as private interest in the commercial and residential sectors. His value of work could be estimated at close to a quarter of a billion dollars. Outside of work, will spends a quality amount of time working with nonprofits, including, Georgia Scottish Rite Foundation, Chairman for Ritecare Clinic Of Augusta (Apparo Academy), American Heart Association, Chair Of the TMHCOA Trust, and a member of Trinity on the Hill and other recreational children services. When not at work, Will enjoys playing golf, sports fishing, and traveling with his family of three boys and wife Kim. Will’s life motto is work hard, play hard and leave the earth better than you found it.
