Wendy Harman and her staff at Point B Realty were a huge disappointment. We ran into a tower of difficulties to include, poor communication, to misinformation from beginning to end. This was in no way the fault of the owner of the property other than using Point B Realty as their facilitator. I must say that being associated with Point B Realty was a very disappointing experience and if I were a home owner looking to rent my property I certainly would consider other agencies. As a renter I would advise you to seek out other agencies as well....Point B Realty was very unprofessional and a disappointment in every respect. I would not recommend them
