About Wayne Snyder

Wayne is originally from Pittsburgh, PA. He has relocated several times throughout his career. He now calls Augusta home. After 27 years of service, he retired as a director of customer service and operations for a Federal contractor. He has proven to a problem solver and advocate for serving his customers. Since relocating to Augusta in 2013, Wayne has been actively buying and selling single family homes for investment. He has studied the Columbia, Richmond and Aiken county markets and uses this knowledge when assisting buyers and sellers. He is well-equipped to help you whether you are buying or selling your personal residence, or are looking to invest in income producing real estate. Wayne and his wife, Jeannine, live in Evans. They have two grown children. When he´s not assisting others in buying and selling real estate, you may see Wayne umpiring baseball or officiating football at one of the local high schools. Or you may see him around the CRSA playing the drums in a local classic rock band. Wayne is licensed in Georgia and South Carolina.
