About Tom Ashe

Tom has been actively selling real estate in the Greater Augusta Area for the last 43 years. He was one of the first to benefit from real estates classes at the University of Georgia. Upon graduation, he immediately began working in real estate. Tom is a native Augustan and family man with four children and four grandchildren. His wife, Geri, his youngest son, Mike, both licensed realtors, work with him to make a family team. Over the years, Tom has been recognized as being The Land Man," specializing in acreage sales and residential development. For investors, developers and builders, Tom has succeeded in selling a number of undeveloped sites that make up some of the area´s most popular subdivisions. These include The Rapids in North Augusta, Woodbluff in Augusta and Northwood, Farmington, Tudor Branch, Northridge, Connemara and the new golf course development, Bartram Trail in Columbia County. Tom has also sold recreational acreage tracts, large farm and woodland tracts, as well as, church sites, bank and school sites. Tom enjoys assisting individuals and small groups in buying and selling land. He consults with landowners in planning and developing their properties and marketing their properties until sold. Tom has developed and/or marketed a number of acreage lot areas to include Woodbridge, Deerwood, Halali Springs, Point Comfort, Bryant´s Cove, Heggie´s Ridge, Creeks Edge, Nicole´s Cove, Lamkin Woods and soon to be The Timbers." He has been consulted in the sale and development of land in Richmond, Burke, Columbia, McDuffie, Lincoln and Wilkes Counties in Georgia, as well as, Aiken and Edgefield Counties in South Carolina. He has been successful in selling a number of large acreage tracts owned by estates, large companies and family groups. He has earned both Residential and Commercial Salesman of the Month awards, is a charter member of The Masters Club and a Life Member of the Circle of Excellence with the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors. Tom has also been recognized by Thomas M. Blanchard as the recipient of the annual President´s Award which recognizes professionalism, ethics, moral activities, and tenure and has been awarded Blanchard & Calhoun´s Salesman of the Year.
