About Tom Mazzone-Real Estate Broker
Tom, born and raised in the city of buffalo is a 25+ year real estate industry veteran, and a licensed real estate broker since 2001. Starting his career in 2001 with one of the largest real estate firms in WNY he earned "the rookie of the year" award for total sales which led him to where he is today. In 2006 Tom launched New York State Realty a licensed real estate broker company located in Buffalo, NY where he continued that business well into 2025 selling millions in real estate transactions by representing buyers and sellers also known as his clients. Throughout the years Tom knew the real estate world was changing by what was happening and knew he had to start something to really give his clients the best exposure when selling their most valuable asset (there property) and bringing buyers and sellers together. In 2025 Tom launched MLS Nation Realty which expands to not only the local and state market but nationally giving his clients the best marketing and exposure.
