About Staci Coleman

Born and raised in Augusta, Staci lives in Columbia County with her husband, Ben, and their four Miniature Dachshunds. After graduating from Westside High School, Staci graduated from Augusta College with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in management. After college, Staci began her 25+ years in the medical field, starting out in the office of her father, Dr. Frank C. Story, Jr., a prominent Augusta OB/GYN. Over the next 20 years, Staci´s hard work propelled her from the front desk to Practice Administrator where her strong interpersonal skills with patients were complimented by critical financial and business analytics. After 25 years, she was ready for a change and determined that real estate was the best profession to leverage both of these skills in Augusta´s dynamic housing market. She chose Blanchard and Calhoun for the family atmosphere that she found there would enhance her style of doing business: Treating clients like family! Staci has quickly made her mark in the industry becoming a Top Producer and rising to the Executive Level at Blanchard and Calhoun. Staci is a member of the Greater Augusta, Georgia, South Carolina and National Association of Realtors. She enjoys spending time with her family (especially her grandchildren), cooking, reading, vacationing at the beach and watching the Georgia Bulldogs. She is a past member of her neighborhood homeowner´s association, and is an active member of St. Augustine Episcopal Church, where she served on the Vestry Staci uses hard work, dedication, and her extensive knowledge of the area to deliver superior customer service and get you to closing!
