We really lucked out finding Shanna by accident. We were from out of town looking for a pre retirement house and she was patient with us as we tried to decide whether we wanted a condo or a house or a patio home. She took the time to show us different types of properties to help us decide. When we did find a place, she negotiated the price and helped get everything organized to buy. She knows the right people also, to help us get our loan processed and an inspector that did a excellent job. I would highly recommend her.
