Rosa relocated to Miami Florida from New York City over 33 years ago, after working for a large real estate company she decided to become a real estate agent. Rosa\u2019s 30+ years in the real estate industry has given her a wealth of knowledge. Rosa utilizes her talent for guiding people through emotional and unfamiliar processes using her skills and experience. Rosa\u2019s favorite part of being a realtor is having the opportunity to meet and become acquainted with so many interesting people and helping them find their home and experiencing firsthand how happy they are with their investment, not only is Rosa a real estate agent she is also the trainer at Casabella Miami Realty, Inc. She also held a District Sales Manager & Company Trainer/Coach position for one of the largest real estate companies in South Florida. as well as Corporate Relocation Specialist (CRS) for Brookfield Relocation Company. Ms Medrano rented my apartment in Kendall, Florida. I am currently living out of state. Naturally, this could have caused some logistical problems. I am happy to note that such was not the case. She not only found very good tenants, but was also always available for our preliminary discussions and any questions I had. She prepared the necessary documentation quickly and efficiently. She sought and received prompt permission from the HOA which expedited the rental process. Even after all contracts were signed and the deal done, Ms Medrano remained available. In truth, one could not ask for more. I highly recommend her.
