Hi my name is Robert Herrick and I have been in Real Estate since 2017. I have been in sales all my life. I believe that honesty and communication are the most important part of any relationship. This is primarily why I have never had a single bad relationship with ANY client I have ever worked with. I grew up in California and went to college at Indiana University where I studied International Business and International Studies. I also studied at City University in Hong Kong where I lived for several months. I have lived all over the LA area: as far south as Palos Verdes, as far west as Santa Monica, as far north as North Hollywood and as far East as Highland Park. I am a trustworthy and dedicated professional with a lot of enthusiasm. My strengths lie in helping clients find homes that make sense for them financially. Whether someone wants a home to flip, rent, improve bit by bit or just a home that is turn-key ready; I have helped a number of clients find homes that make perfect sense for them. As someone who has flipped several properties I am able to advise clients on various aspects of the renovation process.
