Patrick was spot on with his recomendations from preparing the house, to his recommended price, to closing the deal. Our house was very nice, but not real large. So he was concerned people would not show up to see how nice it was. He recommended listing at a slightly lower price to bring people in. It worked. Once people saw the house, they wanted it and ended up bidding it up $30K higher than our asking price. And in only a couple weeks!
