Originally from the Philippines, Nida moved to Vancouver together with her family and completed her Real Estate Trading Services course at the University of British Columbia in 2008. She also took the Real Estate Appraisal course at UBC to properly equip herself with additional knowledge & skills to better serve her clients.This knowledge coupled with her over 25 yrs. of experience in the real estate business in the Philippines working for one of the largest developers in Asia has provided her with valuable skills in negotiating that she uses daily in real estate negotiations , educating homebuyers and sellers and effectively marketing their properties. Nida has been working as a REALTOR in Greater Vancouver for more than 13 years and has been been with Sutton Grp.- West Coast Realty for 9 years . Outside of real estate, she takes pride in giving back to the community and serves as a volunteer for MP Ron McKinnon’s Constituency Senior’s Advisory Council. She is also a member of the church choir at St. Clare of Assisi Church.
