Nicholas Meyer is the President and Managing broker at Downtown Suites Ltd.. Nicholas Meyer understands the local market and its economic trends to ensure that you maximize your rental investment income. His thorough and intensive knowledge of the buildings in the downtown core, coupled with his indispensable experience chairing or serving on various Strata corporations, enables him to be well qualified to look after your condo investment. He has also been accepted as a member of both the Real Estate Institutes of B.C. and Canada, F.R.I., R.I. (B.C.) In addition, he holds diplomas in Urban Land Economics, specializing in Appraisal (UBC), and Hotel Management (BCIT).
