I like to make sure that my clients and I have a clear understanding of their goals, timelines, and specific needs that need to be identified for maximum efficiency and satisfaction. Afterwards, we work together to form a game plan for the best course of action to meet or exceed their goals. I am very experienced in estimation and negotiation. I also provide my clients with a checklist of things that they will need to prepare for the transaction and to be prepared every step of the way.
