About Matt Bell

Matthew is a full service agent that was born and raised in the community he serves. His passion for real estate began when he was young and lead him to get licensed in 2004. He spent over a decade in the automotive sales industry including owning and operating his own automotive dealership, but it was his business partners involvement in buying, renovating and selling homes that led him back to the real estate industry. In 2018 he joined the Blanchard and Calhoun family to make real estate his full time career. Whether it is to achieve home ownership for the first time, searching for your dream home or selling your current home Matthew’s goal is to help guide you through the process and ensure that your best interest are protected. Understanding that every situation is unique, he has an open ear to his clients needs and they will always receive respect, honesty and reliability.
