Marcus was fantastic! He was involved throughout the whole process and was never further than a phone call away. Since Marcus was helping us sell our recently passed fathers house he was on top of everything and allowed us to focus on the other aspects of closing our fathers estate. When interest rates were raised Marcus suggested we drop our price to spark interest. Not only did we then get offers we were able to get what it was listed for before the adjustment.
