About Mandy Lemon

Mandy is the Chief Operating Officer at Blanchard & Calhoun. She has been with the company for over 19 years and works to ensure our programs and policies are relevant and functioning efficiently. She offers guidance in all aspects of the business and serves as support for all of our departments as well as the accounting for our residential development companies. In addition, Mandy helps organize our philanthropy efforts, along with recommending and implementing appreciation events. She is married with 2 daughters and her favorite thing to be called is Yaya by her amazing grandchildren. Mandy enjoys spending time at the beach and reading. She is an animal lover and master of organization. Mandy has volunteered with the Alzheimer's Association, Golden Harvest Food Bank, and the Salvation Army. She is a member of Oasis Church of Hephzibah and is committed to helping and giving back in our community.
