About LeeAnn Rhoden

LeeAnn Rhoden and her husband have lived in Evans for over ten years. They have one son and they have been meticulously renovating their home. LeeAnn is a former teacher, a published writer, an editor, and she owned and published a literary magazine. Her love of and experience in Real Estate goes back to 2002 in Florida where she was a mortgage broker and New Homes Sales Consultant for a builder. LeeAnn is an active member of Wesley UMC, a member of Wesley's knitting group, and a former treasurer for her son's Cub Scout Pack. LeeAnn is a licensed Realtor in both Georgia and South Carolina and is a member of the National, Georgia, and Greater Augusta Associations of REALTORS. LeeAnn is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist focusing on the special needs specifically tailored for senior citizens, and a Military Relocation Specialist honored to serve our military and first responders.
