Lauri helped me to buy a condo in Laguna Niguel. It was my first time buying a home and I knew close to nothing about the process. Lauri made it very easy and absolutely stress free. She was very helpful, very easy to work with and easily accessible by phone and email. An update to my review: A few months after purchasing the condo I had an issue with a water leak inside the wall. Upon opening the wall we noticed that a pipe was cracked which resulted in several walls, kitchen cabinets, pantry and hallway cabinet being affected. I ended up going through mold remediation, drywall and all the cabinets replacement. HOA paid for everything related to the walls.
