I have been licensed as a Real Estate Sales Representative since 1986 and as a Broker since 1996. Prior to Real Estate Brokerage I spent approximately 13 1/2 years as a Bay Street Corporate and Commercial Real Estate lender, financing projects for many of North America's largest Real Estate Developers, Builders and Investors. Over the years I have had the very good fortune of not only doing something that I completely love, I’ve also had the privilege of participating in the pursuing and fulfilling of client dreams. To that end I have assisted, coached, and guided many, many clients in realizing their 'real estate' goals and have represented people from all walks of life: young/old, experienced/inexperienced, large & small buyers - sellers, Residential & Commercial.
