It also helped a ton to have one point of contact who would speak with the builder and the lenders from time to time when I was not available to talk. She came to our blue tape walk through and treated it as it was her own home making sure we got everything that needed to be repaired, repaired. She was also great at demanding the builder and lender work around my schedule and not theirs which was great because I work in a busy clinic and it is hard to get time off. It was truly a blessing to unexpectedly find her on Zillow!
