kim is without question the best realtor in central florida, she is so knowledgeable about every aspect of real estate and treats all of her clients like close friends. i've used her to buy and sale 3 homes and some were very difficult transactions but kim exceeded our expectations and made everything go smoothly........she also makes sure that she protects our interest and that we don't pay more than we should for our home. i would recommend her to anyone and i'm certain you will find that all of this is true about kim doukas.......she's great
