Truly a great "tag team" that helped me find a house within my budget, and in a prime area. I found that Kathy and Marlene complement each other. For example, at one specific house I looked at, Kathy pointed out key items that I would have overlooked, while Marlene pointed out how the house already met some key features I had previously mentioned at a house I looked at earlier.They really did make the extra effort to meet with me, even late some days or on Sundays. My experience with Marlene and Kathy was tremendous. I was actually in a leased property (which they helped me find) when I started working with them and my finances were somewhat complicated and frankly I wasn't sure if I had sufficient funds to cover down payment, moving costs, etc. I looked at properties for one year with Kathy and Marlene and not only did they hang in there with me - they treated me like I was their only client. When I finally found the home I wanted they were wonderful to work with, handled everything for me and sailed through some bumps with the seller that I would not have seen or been aware of - I highly recommend Marlene and Kathy - they are not only a pleasure, they are extremely knowledgeable and responsive.
