About Kathleen Haas

I am a Colorado native and have spent over 25 years building, remodeling, and selling homes. I did not feel that giving up 6% or more of my equity was the right choice, so I worked to seek out other options. Our Flat Fee model for Sellers and Buyer Rebates for Buyers uses AI technology to power listings in a way that traditional real estate agents did not have access to in the past.
