About Joshua Parker
Walton County has been home to me for the majority of my life. I grew up in the small unincorporated community of Campton, where my grandparents owned and ran a family restaurant. I started working there as a 10 year old boy. It was a great experience for me. It taught me how to work with others and created the work ethic that I have today. In 2006 I graduated with honors from Monroe Area High School. I was also a 4 year letterman in football and played basketball and golf. After high school I attended The University of West Georgia. There I majored in Mass Communications and minored in History. I was also a member of the on campus Fish Methodist Ministry. In 2011, I completed my degree in began my career with Aflac. That opportunity lead me to another opportunity that eventually lead me to my career in real estate. Since I obtained my license I have worked in the leasing, handled commercial, residential, and land transactions. I have also been the top producing agent at The Homestore 4 years in a row since 2020. Real estate is my passion and I love helping my clients achieve their goals. I\\'m also very familiar with the real estate markets in Walton, Barrow, Oconee, Morgan, Gwinnett, and surrounding counties since I have been in this area most of my life.
