As a related note here -- I myself do all of my own taxes each year and a couple of years ago successfully tackled all of the intricacies with the US government related to immigration and green cards, without hiring a lawyer. But with Medicare & Obamacare, I met my match for difficulty & complexity, and if it had not been for John Gordon, I would have been lost navigating this maze, and probably facing significant tax penalties not being properly registered for health care insurance For 2018. John Gordon is a consummate, very knowledgeable professional related health insurance, spanning Medicare to Obamacare. I have a family of 6 ranging from a child aged 7 up thru myself, Age 65 and just recently eligible for Medicare. The health insurance marketplace is confusing enough to sort all of the details and options out, and add to that trying to figure out what is best with all of the intricacies of Medicare and Medicare Advantage. John set all of us up quickly and efficiently, and all went very smoothly with no issues thus far. John is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of health care insurance, and can answer virtually any question within minutes, and if he does not know off the top of his head, he knows where to go to get the necessary answers.

Navigating the world of insurance is challenging, and I was delighted to meet John and work with his company. I was impressed with his knowledge of the insurance business and his experience. I truly felt he was trying to meet my specific needs and not just trying to sell me the most expensive policy. The thing that prompted me to write this review however, is the time he spent on my behalf trying to sort out a missing insurance card. He spent hours on the phone getting my information correct and then even sent me a temporary card, so I could go to the doctor when I really needed it.

I was referred to ASM through a friend. I cannot be happier. In a time of need being introduced to John was a lifesaver! I originally called him for a quote for a corporate account. He was extremely patient and helpful with the quote. I asked him to review my current policy. He found many mistakes with the way my policy was entered by a previous agent. Not only did John save me over 50% on my policy he signed me up for a much better plan. I cannot express how thorough John was with checking into all options available to me.
