Jeremy is great at doing his job. We picked Jeremy from a video he did for selling a friends property. The video showed so much of the property & using a drone to see the property & the area. The added bonus was Jeremy talking & explaining about the house, the area, the features. His videos are very entertaining in that they compel you to watch, they are not JUST video that anyone can do. Well we had the same experience. Jeremy came to our place & after discussing all our details & giving his thoughts we knew we would use him as our agent. Jeremy is a professional, a straight shooter, someone who is ethical & follows the rules. Our questions, phone calls, emails & texts were always responded to immediately or in a timely fashion. Jeremy had pictures taken, house measured by professionals he did the drone footage and video himself. He put the professionally taken pictures, house, room & property dimensions into a beautifully done brochure. We followed his suggestions for showing & decluttered , removed some pictures, had counters cleared and house looking very warm & cozy for all viewers. Well we weren’t on the market very long. We had several bids come in the same night at about 5 days on the market. The best of all, we sold for above asking. If this wasn’t enough we had a line up of people waiting to see if all subjects would be removed or not. These people were waiting to see the property but all subjects were removed & sold.
