I am really grateful and thankful that Ms. Jennifer Gowan, aided me in my housing adventure. We looked over several properties, she was honest about each one and skillfully pointed out different aspects of each residence. She has extensive knowledge of the real-estate industry and guided me through the process on fact based evidence of the industry such as pricing appropriately based on market value with changing interest rates to staging the house for best appeal to buyers.
