I’ve known Holly Bennett for over 20 Years and used her professional Real Estate service to purchase a property in Point McKay NW in 2005. During that transaction the deal had to be completed within 5 business day as I had to leave on business trip. She was extremely diligent in handling the transaction and completed in time without any issues. Since then I’ve used her professional advise on several occasion on other potential properties and have found her to be extremely knowledgeable and patience with clients. Needless to say I’ve never used anybody else except her for Real Estate advise and service.

Holly was an incredible real estate agent when my husband and I purchased our first home together. She spent many days and evenings showing us properties and she was extremely patient with us every step of the way. After several weeks of looking, when we finally found “the one” Holly worked quickly to ensure we got the negotiations done that day. She even came across the city and met us in a parking lot so we could sign our offer before we left on vacation. My experience working with Holly started in June 2021. I was throwing the idea around moving back to Alberta from British Columbia where I owned a property. There are not enough stars! Holly truly went above and beyond to help me purchase a property - she toured houses, took video, helped with condo board approval for my dog, arranged the inspection, had the condo docs reviewed, liaised with my mortgage company, and even picked up the keys/did the final walk-through for me when I couldn't attend.
