Gord has been a Calgary Realtor since 2005 and also is a Licensed and Insured Contractor. Gord is specialized in Commercial and Investment real estate, offering huge experience in "Buy-Reno-Hold/Flip properties. He also has extensive experience in land acquisition for developers, multi-family, identifying & building legal suites, leasing and business sales with a Masters in Commercial Properties (MiCP) designation through the Calgary Real Estate Board. Prior to entering Real Estate in 2005, Gord worked for 22 years as a Financial Planner for high income physicians and dentists focusing on estate planning, tax planning and tax minimization. Gord previously worked as a commercial pilot working for BC Outfitters prior to moving to Alberta. Gord is married with 3 children and an avid dog lover with 2 black Labs, so all food consumed in Gord's home is "Lab Tested & Approved" and is currently living in Chestermere.
