About Fraser Roberts
As a fifth generation Richmond resident, Fraser is proud member of the RE/MAX Westcoast family. With over 10 years experience in Real Estate, Fraser is committed to providing his clients with accurate, up-to-date market information, skilled analysis and sound advice. He will continue to explore and use new and cutting edge technology to market his listings and ensure they are sold as fast as possible and for the best price. Fraser is committed to providing his clients a stress free buying or selling experience and ensures that their interests are his primary concern. Fraser grew up in Steveston and has been involved with the community ever since. He began competitive swimming as a member of the Richmond Kigoos when he was six years old and developed a passion for it. He was recruited to swim for the Div 1 NCAA University of Wisconsin Swim Team. During his time there, he competed in many national and international level competitions. Upon returning, Fraser committed himself to giving back to this community by working as the Richmond Kigoos head coach and a lifeguard for the City of Richmond. With work experience in Strata and Rental Property management as well as a family background in residential development, Fraser brings a thorough understanding of the complexities associated with multi-unit residential buildings and the dynamic relationship between purchase and sale of strata titled properties. He looks forward to using this knowledge and experience as well as his dedicated and competitive work ethic to help clients find their perfect home. Outside of the office, Fraser has a great passion for the outdoors and can often be found walking or biking through Steveston village, hiking the local mountains and trails, and exploring local shops and restaurants with his wife Stephanie and their two kids. Fraser has strong roots in Richmond and looks forward to sharing both his passion for and knowledge of the various neighbourhoods that make this city such a great place to live.
