A native of Jackson County, Frances has been known for her professionalism and aggressiveness as a top Texas Realtor for over 30 years. She has represented clients and property across the state, including high profile clients and property featured in major publications. The keystone of Frances' success is the repeat and referral business she's earned providing over three decades of top service to her clients. She treats each transaction with detail, treats her clients like family and works with total care and personal attention to every project. She not only employs her expertise selling real estate but has also authored and published several real estate books. Her experience spans not only residential and commercial but multifamily, ranch and land. An alum of Texas Woman's University majored in Architecture, her goals are simple: provide integrity, professionalism and above all else, commit to always doing what's right. She is client-focused, allowing her clients to rest assured knowing Frances has put them in the power position in their market. She presently offices out of Austin, Victoria and the DFW area. In addition to her career in real estate she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, supporting her local animal shelter and supporting the Sunshine Kids foundation, a Texas based non-profit organization that provides a variety of free programs and events for children who are receiving cancer treatments in hospitals across the United States and North America. Working with AARE has given Frances yet another means in which to support her community. AARE's goal is to foster a culture of caring by reestablishing the often-forgotten art of generosity. AARE upholds this culture of giving by donating 20% of their commission to the charity of choice of the client who has selected that charity.
