Edwin is a very kind, nice person who is really easy to talk to. He has decades of experience & expertise; a huge benefit, esp when the housing market is not in your favor. We went to sell our home unfortunately right at the time that real estate commission laws changed; buyers were having a difficult time qualifying to purchase. We also had challenges w/our tenants leaving, that delayed our time frame. Despite all the timing issues, Edwin coached us and made the sale process easier than it would have been. He has many connections for the renovation and staging process while preparing for sale.
