About Edgar Escorcia

Edgar has called South Florida home for over 30 years, so he doesn’t just work here—he lives, shops, drives, and raises his family here too. Before real estate, he proudly served in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that shaped his discipline, integrity, and “get it done” mentality. After his military service, Edgar studied business administration and went on to work in several industries, including as a quality control analyst for a global logistics company. That attention to detail and problem-solving mindset now give his real estate clients a big advantage. As a Realtor, Edgar didn’t stop at just getting licensed. He became a licensed real estate instructor and earned his Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certifications through the National Association of Realtors®.
