We just bought our home with the help of Diyana Noncheva, one of the Realtors from Royal Lepage. Although this was our first time actually buying a home, a couple of years back we tried to buy a property in Toronto, so we were familiar with the process. Also, we have moved 3 times during the last 6 years, so we have had many experiences with Realtors previously (many of them pretty bad). I can say I am very satisfied with Diyana's work and we are very happy with our new home. After our previous experiences with Realtors, the 3 most important requirements one needs are honesty, knowledge of the market and dedication (and honesty seems to be a luxury in the real estate market these days). Diyana Noncheva has all three of them and is really a pleasure to work with. She was always available, has extensive knowledge of the North York area and is indeed a very honest woman. Although we have different tastes she was able to understand our needs and work with us. She sees the home buying process as an investment and in this rocky market that's a big plus I believe. They have a wonderful team and their office, who assisted us during the closing process, is just superb. I will certainly recommend Diyana without hesitation!
