Way before the internet was even thought of there was only one way to obtain local knowledge on different areas of Florida that I had an interest in… It was called the Sunday Newspaper for the area I was interested in. I subscribed to the following Sunday papers... Orlando, Tampa, Clearwater, St Petersburg, Sarasota, Ft Myers and Naples Fl... You should have seen my mailman when he started delivering all of these Sunday papers. After months and months of scouring all the newspapers, my wife and decided on visiting the following areas of interest... Tampa, Clearwater, and Ft Myers/Cape Coral FL... It did not take long to decide on moving to the Ft. Myers/Cape Coral Area after our visit... After 38+ years living here, I know the area like the back of my hand... And I’ve had the pleasure of helping local homeowners in the area transition from one home to the next for over 29 years as a real estate agent.
