Deborah is a lovely agent who wants the best for her clients. Throughout my entire experience with her she was fast at answering any questions I had along with making useful suggestions to help me. The day of my closing I had an issue will sellers moving out products in the house that was agreed upon from the beginning of our contract, and Mrs. Charron insisted that if the item where not removed then sellers would have to pay me back for removal of their property. The sellers did not want to pay so they went to the house and began removing everything ,while Deborah Stayed at the house to make sure everything was removed and not left at the end of the driveway.
