Originally from New Jersey, Denise relocated to Florida as a child and admits to knowing the tri-county area as well as any native. A graduate of Florida International University, Denise gained valuable business experience as store manager for a well-known clothing chain before pursuing what has become a successful career in real estate. A dedicated young mother and wife, Denise says she chose real estate for the flexibility and diversity the work offered. Seven years later she says it's her love of people and the satisfaction received in meeting their real estate goals that has made it her passion. Husband David, originally from Ohio, visited South Florida numerous times to visit grandparents before relocating himself, in 1990. Shortly after, he met Denise and the couple soon married to start a family. With a background in construction and home improvement, plus a natural talent for interior design, David says he's always been drawn to real estate. He learned volumes about the transaction process even before he was licensed, through the purchase and sale of several income properties he owned as an investment. David's naturally strong listening skills and outgoing, friendly nature puts clients at ease while his confident manner assures them they are in the hands of a true professional. A computer savvy individual, David is well versed in the use of industry related software and the Internet and is E-Pro certified.
