She found a recently built FSBO home that wasn’t listed in most sites and helped negotiate a great price and managed the closure activities so that we didn’t need to worry about a 30 day escrow. Even a last minute snag with the lender was quickly resolved.

Dana helped us buy our first house and then years later sell that house and buy another.
