Let me start off by saying that Craig will be with you every step of the way. Not just with buying a house but also with also all the other things that come up once you close/sell your home. He was recommended to us by one of the parents whom we met at my daughters school and boy are we ever grateful. One day I randomly called Craig Martin (without knowing anything about him) with a general real estate question. He took the time to answer all the concerns I had, and gave this retiree with just a small amount of money to spend, HOPE!!! (realistic hope)....So eight months later when we were ready to buy, of course we contacted him. He was very knowledgeable, and saved us lots of money in the transaction! He never pressured us to go for the most expensive place we qualified for, but wanted us to be happy! This guy actually cares about his clients!!! This is my second review for Craig!!! True to our word, we called Craig again when we were ready to move from our condo to a house. He helped us find the right home and advised us throughout the whole process. With over 20 plus years in the business, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
