Based upon these principles, she is an award winning member of Keller Williams Island Life Real Estate in Florida, in which she has residential sales of over 4 million in 2021. Terryl has lived in Florida for over 30 years and professionally has been a successful entrepreneur. She has sold homes in Sarasota, Manatee, and Charlotte Counties. Her real estate accolades include 2020 culture Ambassador of the year, and 2018 Million Dollar Club member. She is a member of the agent Leadership Committee 2018-present. As an active community member, she has been on the Board of Directors for Hands and Hearts for Performing Arts, and in 2020 she is a Board member of the Parks and Recreation committee in North Port Florida.
