Introducing...your new Realtor: Hello, my name is CAT ANN and I was born in Toronto, Ontario, but have been calling Langley, Surrey and the Sunshine Coast, BC, home, since 1998. I chose real estate as my ‘last’ career, not only because I love the industry, but because as a mature, well-seasoned business professional, I am now in the best position to fully utilize my cumulative life and business expertise, helping clients with their milestone endeavours in life, such as buying and/or selling real estate. My strong entrepreneurial background, validated by winning or being nominated for numerous international business awards in the past, means clients can take comfort in knowing that they are being represented by a professional realtor, one that has their best interests at heart, every step of the way. I particularly enjoy working with other baby-boomers and millennials or the ‘older’ crowd, as I understand their needs and interests and can relate to many of their life experiences and challenges, which I think is very important when selecting a realtor. I am not just passionate about real estate – on my off time, you can find me rescuing animals off of death row or organizing free spay/neuter clinics for dogs in a 3rd world country, or spending time with my 3 rescue dogs. I also like to mountain bike or snow bike….and I will never turn down an opportunity to visit a new local restaurant!
