About Carol McCullough

After a 30 plus year career in the education field, 25 of those in the Richmond and Columbia County School Systems, I am making the jump to the real estate profession. This is something that I have been interested in for many years and since retiring and moving to the lake I finally have the time to pursue the dream. Originally from South Georgia I graduated from Georgia Southern University with a master’s degree in education. I taught in Candler, Screven and Richmond counties before finishing my career in Columbia County. This experience in both the rural and more urban parts of the state give me a somewhat unique understanding of what each has to offer. I enjoy meeting new people and hearing about their wants and needs. Some say I know people everywhere I go and have never met a stranger. They may be right in that. Helping others achieve their dreams can be very fulfilling. Real Estate, much like education, provides the opportunity to do just that. I have had experience with great realtors in the Augusta area (and maybe some that were not the greatest) so I know what it is like to be comfortable and confident in your realtor and to rest assured that they have your best interest at heart.
