About Avi Washington

I’m Avi Washington, and my professional journey has been driven by passion, adaptability, and purpose. With a master’s in interior architecture, in 2010 I launched a design consultation business blending creativity with my love for helping people. After a life-changing move to Italy, where I taught English and explored its rich culture and architecture, I returned to the U.S. and transitioned into real estate. Combining my expertise in sales, management, and design, I earned my NJ and PA licenses, serving buyers, sellers, and investors. To make a bigger impact, I founded Lux Realty International, a boutique brokerage in Fort Lauderdale dedicated to agent success and exceptional service. Guided by my faith in Jesus Christ and supported by my husband, I strive to create meaningful experiences for my clients and team.
