Chad, originally from Green Bay, WI, moved to Sarasota in 2005 and never looked back, drawn by the warm climate and vibrant community. Angie, a Florida resident for over 40 years, grew up on Anna Maria Island and has called the Suncoast home since 1980. Both seasoned professionals, Chad has over 20 years of business ownership experience with award-winning customer service, while Angie spent two decades in healthcare, founding her own mobile ultrasound company, Suncoast Clear Image. Their backgrounds in healthcare and business have honed their skills in problem-solving, communication, negotiation, and meticulous attention to detail. Together, they specialize in residential buying and selling, new construction, and real estate investment consulting.
